Becoming a Butterfly

At Becoming a Butterfly, every product is created with love, purpose, and meaning. Our goal is to provide beautiful products that inspire hope, healing, growth, and transformation.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made especially for you when you place an order. Because these items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost when required.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
